Will my online payment be safe ?

This is a protected site like any others used in banking so you payment will arrive safely at it’s destination. You will identifying this is a secure site as it has an SSL certificate and it has a HTTPs in the URL.

What if I don’t have a credit or debit card?

No problem at all. Contact us and we’ll provide you with either out banking details for a bank transfer or contact details for a remittance transfer.

How will I know if you received my payment?

Once you make your online payment, we will receive an automatic email notification of your payment. You can also send us a notification from our contact page with your name, email address, telephone number and a short message just to follow up. If you sent your payment through a remittance company like Western Union, should send us a copy of the remittance slip to the following email address: lambros@ieltsnow.online

Why do I need to provide my email address when I make payments on-line?

Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive a receipt of payment via email to the email address provided. You can forward the receipt to another email address by providing the necessary information requested.

What happens after I made my payment?

You are should receive an e-mail of the payment details from EasyToPay. If you do not receive this, you should receive this from the merchant when they have processed the order.

What should you do if the payment procedure is unsuccessful?

For all transactions, a transaction identifier is generated, which we recommend you note down. If during the payment attempt the transaction is rejected from the bank’s side, please contact your account-keeping bank.

What happens to the information I entered on the website?

Personal / Billing information is with the company you purchase the product/service with. Credit Card information is “hashed” (masked) and only the bank can see this information after much investigation.
